What if making changes didn’t have to start with a perfect plan?
Gentle Intentions is a softer alternative to traditional goal setting, designed to help you decide what you’d like to feel different, try small changes and notice what genuinely helps.
You’ll start with three broad areas of life:
Living My Best Life | everyday life, wellbeing, relationships, joy and the things that make life feel more like yours.
Work & Worth | career, creativity, learning and personal growth, while remembering that your work doesn’t define your worth.
Cash Flow Glow | money, financial wellbeing and building a relationship with your finances that feels calmer and more intentional.
Each area includes gentle prompts and examples to help you create a Guiding Intention – a direction you’d like to move towards rather than a rigid goal you have to achieve.
From there, you’ll turn your intentions into Small Moves: simple experiments you can try when the time feels right.
Your Small Moves can be loosely planned, connected to what they might support, such as joy, ease, confidence, security or connection and revisited afterwards with one important question:
Did this actually help?
If it did, keep it. If it helped a bit, tweak it. If it didn’t, let it go. And if you never really tried it? That’s useful information too.
There’s no streak to maintain, perfect routine to follow or carefully optimised version of yourself waiting at the end.
Just notice, try, learn and adjust as you go.
Inside the template: a guided intentions dashboard, three customisable Life Areas, reflection prompts and examples, a vision-board space, connected Small Moves database, simple experiment tracking, loose seasonal planning, progress indicators and post-experiment reflection.
✨✨ Start small enough that you can actually start. ✨✨
